I’ve personally trained hundreds of women throughout the years, and I’ve come to understand this commonality; most ladies prefer to first lose weight, then have a flat stomach (slim waste) and a plump rump. In this Iron Maiden Booty Program, you will achieve just that.

Unlike the Total Sustained System, this program deviates from strict functionality and focuses more on building muscle and losing fat in the waste, legs, glutes, and hips. Though functionality is emphasized and crucial, the focus of this program is specific to those ‘booty gains’. If you are a beginner to working out, I would recommend at least 8-16 weeks of the Total Sustained System before jumping straight into the Iron Maiden Booty Program.
