THE HERO’S JOURNEY ($160)
For less than $7 a week, you can start your fitness journey the right way. Building from the ground up, “The Hero’s Journey” is a complete 24 week program for anyone and everyone.
In this program, you will go from the Beginner phase of integrating perfect posture with corrective exercises to an Advanced phase of athletic performance.
After 8 weeks of the Beginner phase of integrating perfect posture with corrective exercises, the Intermediate phase will increase the difficulty, intensity, and variety of corrective exercises.
Once you’ve completed the 8 weeks of the Intermediate phase, you will finish your Hero’s Journey with the last 8 weeks of the Advanced phase. In the Advanced phase, you will maximize your ability to perform any and all corrective exercises in the gym and will officially become self sustained.
