Our Mission

Here at Self Sustained Training, we will teach you both the standards for being healthy and how to sustain those standards long-term.

The key to becoming healthy is not working out - it’s actually eating better. I always tell my clients, “You workout for 1 hour day, but your body is metabolizing nutrients 24/7.” In understanding this basic concept, you can begin to realize that the majority of your ‘gains’/becoming healthy can be achieved by simply fixing the food you eat. Click here for a FREE guide on how to fix your diet and become healthy. COMPLETELY FREE!

Once you’ve fixed your nutritional standards and are ready to tackle fitness, click here and check out our workout programs. Whether you’re a beginner, a casual gym-goer, or a professional, SST has plenty of programs for all levels of training.

When it comes to training, most people do not workout because they’re unaware of its importance and because they are unaware of what constitutes a “sufficient” workout plan (especially long-term). Well, I’m here to tell you that it’s a lot easier than you think. At minimum, you should be active for 150 minutes per week, or 20 minutes per day. For most people, if they would eat better and walk more, they would accrue the majority of health benefits as described by leading health organizations. If you would simply watch this video, follow its guide, and start intentionally walking 20 minutes a day, you will get healthier.

SST has helped thousands of people rehabilitate their health and sustain a new healthier standard of living. Through learning key concepts and acquiring key tools, you will surely become self sustained in maintaining your health long term. And they key tools are given 100% for FREE - all you have to do is pay attention!
